shoppables, style, what i wore

a lazy girl’s uniform

I’m wearing leggings as pants. (Please don’t judge me. It’s been that kind of a week. I’ll have you know that the derriere is fully covered by the top, much to the chagrin of the opposite sex.*)

Here’s an ode to the lazy girl’s OOTD, featuring a beloved leopard-print blouse, go-to LnA leggings, and my trusty over-the-knee leather boots by Calvin Klein. Nappa leather and animal prints keep things deceptively sexy when you’ve had only less than 20 minutes to look presentable at 6 a.m., no less. It covers the morning routine with such efficacy so I’m ready** to tackle a full day’s worth of lectures followed by salsa team rehearsals until midnight.

Comfort first, especially when you’re braving the after-effects of Sandy and a snowstorm to boot. Take if from me: this uniform is tried and true for the college girl (or the working girl post-work, yaknowwhatimean?).

.   .   .

xx
